(Bread Shapes Like Birds)

RECIPE #1

1. White Bread Dough is prepared

2. Roll dough ropes and cut 8 or 9 inches in lenght

3. Twist dough rope into a figure as shown here:

4. Then place body rope around middle and use end piece for the center part of the bird's tail.

5. Place walnut size ball , which is the head , into the empty space  of the lope

6.  Pinch dought and make a beak.

7. Place on cookie sheet and bake  in 350 degre oven for about 15 minutes or until light brown.

8. Serve with butter and jam.
